| International factoring is a comprehensive financial service which is to provide business credit investigation, management of account payable and credit risks guarantee for the credit sale of international trade. It is one of the intermediary services of commercial banks in our country. This thesis falls into three parts and analyses the present situations of international factoring in China and the problems existed in Chinese international factoring and proposes relative recommendations on how to develop the international factoring in china.In part one, this thesis point to that the International factoring started to enter our country in the 1980's and it has begun to take shape in China now. The relevant data shows that its turnover in China has been increasing considerably since 2000, which gives the facts that this kind of service is at its developing stage. Compared with the increasing value of yearly foreign trade in China, the value of factoring in China is a drop in the ocean. So it has a big space to develop.In part two, this thesis point to that there are several defects in factoring operations in china because China came into contact with this kind of service much later than developed country. Moreover, there are no complete trust system and law for international factoring in China, which greatly prevents factoring from developing in China.Finally, in the world market, international factoring has already been comparatively mature and widely used. International factoring is the vital financial service that commercial banks of China must strengthen to develop. In accordance with the special characteristics of international factoring, China must take the chance to provide better environment for improving international factoring and enlarge the range of factoring service with a whole plan, therefore it is sure to become a highlight of the intermediary services of commercial banks of China. |
