China produced 350000 tons cotton seed oil in 2004, 5% percent of all edible oil processed in 2004. Cotton seed oil earns excellent frying property, and is used in frying foods widely in America. The consumption quantity of cotton seed oil in Japanese grows sharply in recent years. Although the quantity of cotton seed oil processed grows in China, high quality cotton seed oil by fractionation is not produced till now. Shan Dong province is a large area in production and consumption of cotton seed oil. Shandong Bohai Oils & Fats Industry CO., Ltd has 1200TPD cotton seed processing line and good cotton seed source.The design program and production technology used in the feasibility study are designed on the basis of technologies used in the world edible oil processing. Half-continuous fractionation process is used in this processing line, and it is the first line in China. Material balance and calories balance have been calculated. The dosage of certain original material, assistance material electricity, vapors consume have been established. on the same time, the type of main equipments in have been choosed. The whole investment of this project is 13,000,000 RMB. The whole income of this project is 287,430,000 RMB, and the profit after tax is 10,790,000 RMB. The profit margin is 40.5%. The whole project has good feasibility.
