Research On The Export Policy Coordination Of Our Country Since The Asian Financial Crisis

This article starts with the importance and complexity of the export policy coordination in the foreign trade of our country, chooses three criterions including tropism, accuracy, whole to evaluate the coordination of our country's export policies since the Asian Financial Crisis, announces government's obvious defects in policy behaviors of the foreign trade with higher market-oriented degree. In spite of the tackles of the Asian Financial Crisis and the implementation of export-tax-refund mechanism are recognized as two relatively successful policy practices, the policy coordination still has a lot to improve with further to show the inherent obstacles in government's adjustment and command in the foreign trade field.Based on the above thinking, the article proposes the solution by adhering to the reform and creation, accelerating the market-oriented reform, improving the foreign trade market environment, promoting the decision mechanism and system renovation with aim to reduce government's decision faults, to better the policy coordination in the foreign trade, to attain results in policy making.
