Nowdays worldwide regional cooperation is an important trend, particularly in the 20th century in the mid-1990s, the number of regional trading arrangements growing rapidly ,which is an important strategy in a national or regional level to establish or expand external relations. With China and India's economy growing gradually, the cooperation between the two countries in various fields has strengthened.
