The Development And Perfection Of Company Pension System In Our Country

Company pension system was an important pillar of the multi-pillar old-aged pension system all over the world. Since 1991 our country decided to set up multi-pillar old-aged pension system and continued to pursue some encouraging policies, it has been 15 years. But the development of company pension system was not satisfactory. For example, there was only 6% people that took part in company pension plan , and the fund of company pension was very little. So company pension system was far from the pillar in the old-aged pension system. Therefore, how to develop and perfect company pension system, let it embody especial functions in the old-aged pension system ,reduce present crisis of the old-aged pension system was very useful and meaning .This paper analyzed the history and present situation of company pension in our country. With other countries experiences and admonition, in terms of developing and perfecting company pension system ,the paper put forward some own opinions.The paper included four parts. At first part, there was background that why the author chose the title, the other summed up present situation which had been researched domestic and overseas.
