Research On Loss Of Credit And Solution In Domestic Enterprise

According to Marxism Credit Theory, referring to western credit conception, the article analyzes the present status and reason for loss of credit in domestic. It thought that economic reason and cultural moral inertial property must be considered simultaneously as we considered about enterprise credit. We must incorporate enterprise credit into society, government and individual to analyze systematically and think about solution on loss of credit in domestic enterprise.Firstly, the market economy is a kind of credit economy on the basis of sincerity. The enterprise credit is one of the core content of founding social credit system. Our present lack of credit in enterprise not only brings significant harm to national economy, but also becomes important resource of a series of economic problems. The article started with necessity of establishment of enterprise, then, it listed the typical performance of lack of credit in enterprise to disclose the present damage of it. It analyzed from pros and cons to emphasize the urgency of solving of this problem.The precondition of solving must disclose the reason for loss. So, the article adopted a analytical method from inside to outside and from whole to part to analyze the history reason, exterior reason and inner reason of enterprise wholly. This part not only search for the key reason from the source, but also find related gap for the following measures of founding enterprise credit system.
