| Nowadays Hi-Tech industry has become the important symbol of the national economy level. The drastic competition of Hi-Tech enterprises made the innovative activity of enterprise come into the interact ional innovation networks, and resulted in the Hi-Tech innovation network. The thesis uses the successful domestic and foreign study results and experiences for reference, based on analysis of the Hi-Tech enterprises characteristics, and analyzes deeply the common model of technological innovation networks and the strength in the enterprise innovation activity, and analyzes the innovative ability and factors of Hi-Tech innovation networks. The thesis designed a theoretical model of Hi-Tech enterprises innovation networks, and analyzed the functions and characters of behavior entities in the networks, and considered that venture capital plays a crucial role in the process of Hi-Tech enterprises innovation. It suggested relative proposals to the problems in the construction of Hi-Tech enterprises innovation networks. In the analysis of networks mechanism, the thesis considers that the more perfect networks mechanism should maintain the durative and steady connections between the enterprises.
