The phenomenon that listed company especially the ST listed company carry on supplementary disclosure to their annual reports in the disclosure of information is very common, which phenomenon is vividly called "the patches" of the annual report. This kind of phenomenon which exists in the disclosure of information mostly means recessive defect of disclosure, which is easy to be ignored . however , if decision is made according to the annual report that is not supplemented or not revised (if the difference between the last and the later report reach an importance level), it will bring unestimated loss to annual report users or mislead their decision or even mislead them to make wrong decisions. What has drawn the author's attention is that almost neither listed company is punished by China Securities Regulatory Commission and The stock exchanges, nor any Accountant's firm gives any opinion on the listed company's supplementary disclosure to annual report and not one of the Accountant's firms which should be responsible for their auditing. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the annual report "patches" of the listed companies from the view of the CPA's industry. Moreover, the author does not with emphasis elaborate the influence the CPA carries out the audit service for the annual reports patches in the disclosure of information of listed companies .Based on the above understanding, in the article the author first studies the relation between the important annual report patches in the disclosure of information and the Accountant's firm and the CPAs by the analyzing of the presentations. And then the author analyzes the reason why accountant's firms do nothing with the listed company's annual report patch.
