Since the reform of opening, especially the 1990s, China has made a bigprogress in the field of international trade--the value of export achieved 762billion US$ and ranged the third of the world. Due to the disordered and exceeding growth of exportation and discrimination, China has become the main accused country in lots of anti-dumping issues. Unfortunately, the Chinese enterprises often suffered for the sanction because of the no market economy treatment and inefficiency in the defence of dumping lawsuit. Frequent dumping lawsuits against Chinese enterprises have had a malignant effect on the Chinese international trade.Beginning by defining the anti-dumping, the article explains not all of the dumping cases subject to the anti-dumping sanction, namely the dumping case that we discuss here is firstly the dumping in the sense of economic law and different from the dumping in the sense of economics, and the scope of the later is narrower. In fact, only the trade action accordant to the definition of dumping may be sanctioned. Whereafter, by the means of chats, cases, compares, the article not only reveals the birth, course and actuality of anti-dumping but also analyzes the economic effect and legal base of anti-dumping, and then gives a research in the situation, cause of dumping lawsuits against the Chinese enterprises and the effect of the no market economy to the dumping issues, finally introduces in detail the ways to deal with the dumping lawsuits.
