Thought And Suggestion Of The Current Collective Land System Of Our Country

Proceeding from reality of our country, this essay first has made a relatively deep analysis and discussion about the legal environment of current collective land system and the concepts of the collective-owned land.Next, this essay also has cast light on the features of the collective land ownership, and has particular about the drawbacks of this system and other problems involved.And then, some feasible suggestions have been presented to the disadvantages exist including the object of ownership, system of collective land right to use , rural collective land contract to run collective transfer of the land, mortgage and rural residence base ,etc.Furthermore ,in the respect of the arrangement of the system of collective land acquisition, this essay has tried to analysis a case about land acquisition effected from industrial using or using of the land just in according to the public benefit or the need of expropriation for the international business ,which took place in Yiwu where I worked as an Instructor of Rural Affairs for more than one year, and to make some comparing and further analysis.After the investigation of the collective land system , this essay has tried to prove that there is inherent relationship between the constitution meaning of the collective land proprietary and the compensating of the proper administration system.At last but not the least, in terms of the mention of the collective land of our country and the thought of several improvement which is good for the system ,this essay has tried to propose a posture design of the frame and to suggest to reform the collective land system.
