This paper looks at the cost question of consumer with inferior position of information, under the information asymmetry and actor's limited rational situation. While affirming fully market economy, actual some people for one's own interests often break one's word, swindle, and that fake and forged phenomenon is a most obvious one ordinary consumer run into. Choosing the good and cheap products is costly for consumer, this is particularly obvious in a situation that the market system is imperfect. Marx political economics says price of goods depend on value, new classical economics speaks supply and demand determine prices, but the bias of value of price of the goods is normal, single consumer is even nearly the recipient of the price. So as single consumer often accept the losses of goods quality, even the fake and forged products. On the other hand, because hating to faulty goods , people often seek help from the price, thought its quality of the goods of high price should be a little higher. No matter what result of their thought,it produces a contradiction in this case, price not regard as one " balanced result" but as goods quality comprehensive indicator of message. It seems to obtain this contradiction: The level of the price reflects the level of goods quality, the goods quality of high price is high ,so the price is high . This play chess situation that can appear at one time perhaps, but the commodity market does not lack this kind of situation at present in our country.Consumers buy the goods equal to their value is basic demand of the market economy. However, in reality because information is asymmetric and the actor's limited rational, the goods that consumers buy can not almost reach the optimum state under the general equilibrium .The situation particularly conspicuous in our country at the present stage. Firstly, lacking the standard , consumer search information , compare goods is costly, secondly market filling enormous chances in transformation period, flood the market fake and forged .
