Study On Coordination Development Of Highway And Railway In Transport Corridor

Transport corridor is an important form in transport system of a country or district. Highway and railway are the major modes in it. It is important that coordinate and evaluation the relationship of highway and railway in corridor combine the technological and economic characteristics of them by the multiformity of transport demands in the new times. On the basis of studying the relative data in the world, this paper combines the research subject about relative railway passenger transport of which author has engaged in, analysis the coordination development of highway and railway in transport corridor in order to provide a beneficial supporting tool for the transport corridor planning.Firstly, this paper uses method of system science to comprehensively analyses the characteristic, functions, construction of transport corridor and the t(?)chnological, economic and transport characteristics of highway and railway, expounding the relationship between them on the base of above. Then, describing the coordination development of highway and railway in corridor combined the theory of synergetic, making sure the concept, goal and fundamental of it. Dividing the coordination development of highway and railway in transport corridor into three parts including the coordination of whole cor(?)or and exterior surroundings, the coordination of highway and railway in corridor and the coordination of subsystem themselves, and discuss the influence factors and contents of it. At last, this paper establishes the synthesis evaluation index system of the highway and railway in transport corridor from above three parts and takes Zhengzhou-Xi'an corridor as an example to validate example analysis.
