| The post and tele industry is one of the important components of national economy, and its reform is carried out and strengthened with deepening of the overall situation of China's economic system reform. Reform as the external variable of the post and tele industry, has promoted the prosperity of this industry, and has brought influence to the development of other departments through inner link with interdepartmental national economy.This paper, while normal analyzing the characteristic based on development and change of the post and tele industry, uses the strong macro economic analysis tool of input-output table to find emphatical data, by which we can find out and judge industry's properties and the influence of interindustrial relations. The full paper is based on post and tele industry whole visual angle , and calculates a series of input-output index during the last ten years , the index can measure own change of this industry and variation of other departments of national economy through the interindustrial relations among industries. At the same time, analyse the changes on time dimension, find out the reason of changes, probe into the result of the changes . The paper gives us the defination about P&T's position and function while evaluating achievements of the industry in the last ten years. Try to propose the suggestion of post and tele industry development from the aspect of policy.The paper is from two aspects layering times carry on pushing forward treatise. Two aspects respectively is: 1.Researching on character. At first, look back the industry development history and present condition, then give the defination---"subaltern natural monopolization"according to characteristic of the chain of P&T industry. 2. Carry on quantitative research to the input-output table. Put up the frame of quantifying in the first, and provide the clusters of the industries.The clusters are educed through the connections of the P&T industry and others.
