The Analysis And Thought Of The Validity Of Chinese Capital Control

The course of RMB convertibility under capital accounts is accompanied with the economic and financial reform.The environment inside and outside is changing ceaselessly accompanied with the advance of the reform,the system of capital control is confronted with more and more stress, The validity of capital control is inevitably affected.Therefore,we should scan the validity of capital control and adjust the control policy in the course of the reform, maintain moderate and effective capital control,it is a significant issue needing attention and research in a long term.The thesis try to analyze the validity of capital control systematically from various angles on the basic of existing production,and try to bring forward some options.The thesis is mainly divided into four chapters,the detailed arrangement of which is as follows:Chapter One's main content is the correlative concept and theory of capital control,and the elementary condition of Chinese capital control.The thesis elaborates capital control's concept,objects,types and cost of capital control.Chaper Two mainly discusses the existing research methods of capital control and construct the analysis system of the validity of capital control.The thesis establish the evaluation standard of the validity of capital control,think independently and construct the analysis system of the validity of Chinese capital control in allusion to Chinese capital control's policy objects.Chapter Three is the core content of the thesis.The chapter analyse the validity of Chinese capital control basing on the analysis system.The thesis analyse the applicability of capital control by using experiential analysis method,the conclusion is:Capital control was effective during the economic shunt period.After China joined WTO, capital control will be necessary and effective in a short time,but the validity of capital control will weaken in the long term.The thesis analyse the executive efficiency of capital control in allusion to Chinese capital control's policy objects.
