The Research On The Analysis Of Current Account And Industry Structure Optimization In China

There must be an opening industry structure in an opening economy. Since industry structure in China now has been at a critical stage, how to make a good use of resource both internal and external has become an important task we shall deal with. Whether we can make a good effort to optimize the industry structure or not, will induce a close relationship with the growth quality and its sustainability of our country.The development of the foreign trading mainly recorded in the current account of international payment. This paper makes the two major subitem, goods and service, as the key object to analyze. We based our analysis on the current industry structure of China, and through analysis of internal changing characteristics of goods, services, we make a research on its relationship with domestic industry structure. In addition, we make a theoretic study and an empirical analysis to test its impact on the industrial structure.The result of empirical research shows that the goods and services in international trading can play a positive role in improving the domestic industry structure; however, there are other factors to restrict its effect. Therefore, we should take measures towards trading policy, coordination of industry policy, and other trading items which have close relationship with industry development to make current account contribute positively to optimizing industry structure.
