Research On Integral Supervision Of Domestic Banks And Foreign Banks In China

By the end of 2006, China banking industry will be a completely open industry; foreign banks will enjoy full national treatment in China. This means that banking supervisory standards will be converged. Under this kind of background, this article studies the question of integral supervision of domestic banks and foreign banks in China.Firstly, this article introduces some classic theories in the area of bank supervision and carries on theoretical analysis to integral supervision of domestic banks and foreign banks;Then this article carries on case analysis of financial opening and integral supervision of domestic banks and foreign banks in three countries (area), and discovers that the opening of banking industry all has a gradually process in various countries.Finally, on the basis of present conditions of China's banking industry and its supervision, and unifies the experience of other countries(area), this article puts forward specific strategy of how to achieve integral supervision of domestic banks and foreign banks, mainly from aspects of supervising idea, method, legal framework and so on.
