The Research On The Spatial Classification And Function Positioning Of Logistics Park

With the development of global economy,modern logistics is regarded as a pillar industry of national economy and a new breakthrough point for economy growth in our country.Accompanied with the rapid of modern logistics industry,the planning and construction of logistics park (short for LP) had flourished throughout the country.The construction of LP for its boosting regional economy is appearing.However, excessive LP planning and construction had a negative impact on economy of some areas.The most important reason is that the function and scope of LP isn't ascertained reasonably.Reasonable LP function is based on local environment, conditions and the level of economy development.That the layout of LP is not reasonable and the plan and construction of the LP doesn't cater to the demand of the city will pose great influence not only on the a mass of land resource leaving unused and low-level redundant,but also on causing a large amount of waste of resources.Therefore,the study of scientific and rational function positioning of LP and appropriate scope is the primary tache of the planning and construction of LP,is of strategic significance. The thesis,based on the idea,expatiates the background,status quo and trend of the research home and abroad,and discuses the mechanism of LP forming and the disciplinarian of LP evolvement on the base of growth pole theory,the gradient transfer theory and the theory of regional economy.Then,it analyzes the kind of factors effecting logistics demand , and analyzes its influence on the spatial classification and function positioning of LP combined with logistics demand(structure and size).A synthetic method of principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis is presented to fix on the spatial classification of LP,and the function of LP is oriented on the basis of logistics demand and the spatial classification of LP.And then,the evaluation indexes system for the function of LP is discussed and established,and fuzzy comprehensive appraisal is used to draw the comprehensive evaluation of the function of LP.At last,basing on the previous theory and chapter,the classification and function positioning of Changsha LP is studied .
