Study On The Strategic Performance Evaluation System Of Enterprise

Strategic audit is a new field among the management audit research. It checks up manager's performance of running enterprise; find out defects which really or potentially exist in strategic management by inspecting analyzing and evaluating the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of strategic management. Performance Evaluation always is the emphases of management and auditing, then strategic performance evaluation is imperative under the situation.The economic environment, competitive situation, institutional framework, management mode and stakeholder's demands, etc. are all altering greatly, the traditional performance evaluation system couldn't adapt the need of strategic management and auditing development. On the basis of completely analyzing and assimilating the achievements and research present situation of management audit, strategic audit, performance evaluation in home and abroad, this paper carries on study on strategic performance evaluation system of enterprise.Firstly, this paper definitely proposes the conception of strategic performance and the contents of strategic performance evaluation, deeply analyzes its theory foundation. Secondly,completely analyzes advantages and disadvantages of several strategic performance evaluation methods and mathematical models, then proposes that strategic performance divided 5 kinds performance, financial performance, customer performance, internal operation performance, human resource performance and society responsibility performance, thereby put forward a new set of strategic performance evaluation indexes system.Once more,because of the shortage of the evaluating strategic performance currently, this paper presents a new method of evaluating the enterprise's strategic performance, which is based on BP's neural network. According to the index system that has been already set up, design the BP neural network (BPNN) imitation model. On the method of compute, the paper uses the NNT based on MATLAB to make network design and compute. Through the training and testing of lots of studying samples, the imitation model has been established. In the end, the paper proves the accuracy feasibility of the method with an example.
