Research And Application Of Digital Workshop Quality Management Of The Small Arms Enterprise

Quality is the life of products. As the special merchants and weapon equipments, small arms have stricter demand with quality. And the competition in the quality of products also depends on the level of quality management of enterprises. In order to deal with the complex development environment, it is more and more important to apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques and digital technology to improve the quality management of the military enterprises in our country. As the skeleton production unit and the center of products quality control, it is necessary to manage the workshops more scientific and normative. Therefore, the study on the quality management in the process of manufacturing small arms in workshops is one of the most significant works, and that is very important both to theoretic study and practical requirement.Digital quality management is also e-quality management. It combines modern information technology, automation technology, advanced manufacturing technology, and modern measurement techniques with modern quality management. Based on the computer-assisted technology, it also constantly improves the enterprise quality management and control techniques, and strengthens the enterprise core business capacities.Based on modern enterprise quality management theory and methods, the paper discusses the current quality management status of military enterprises in our country. At the same time some problems are discussed, and some quality management improvement measures are introduced in the process of manufacturing small arms.Then statistical process control (SPC), the one effective quality control method is presented. SPC is used to monitor the products quality characteristics in the production process to ensure that the production process is always in a state of statistical control and ensure product quality.The paper also describes the important meaning of applying digital technology and modern control methods in the process of manufacturing small arms in the enterprise quality management. In addition, the paper combines some workshop's actual conditions and concrete requirements on quality management of a military enterprise in Chongqing, and introduces the outline design process of digital quality management system based on design experiences of traditional digital quality management system.
