The real estate investment environment is all the factors that can affect the investment of real estate.At the present time, investigating and anglicizing the investment environment is absolutely necessarily to all the real estate corporation. It has two functions to study the real estate investment environment, one side, it can provide the investor a scientific warranty, on the other hand, it can give some good suggestions to improve the investment environment where the capital will be invest to. To analyze the real estate investment environment systemly of the important city-ZhengZhou, the author tries to build a clear impression for the Real Estate Development Company and correlative department of government, in order to help the company select a optimal area and the government improve the local investment environment.It has three main portion in this paper, At the first portion the author classify and enumerate all the current research method. At the Second portion the author analyze all the factors that can affect the investment of real estate one by one, meanwhile the author make a stress on economic factors of investment environments, especially the potential demand and effective demand of ZhengZhou real estate market in the coming five years. Then the author present current estimate to the real estate investment environment in 35 city of China which use the currently estimate system of real estate investment environment.At the end the author make a overview estimation of ZhengZhou real estate investment environment, and then gives some suggestions accordingly for the real estate development company and correlative department of government.
