The Research On Corporation Financial Competition Based On Merger & Acquisition

Core competition and Merger & Acquisition of corporation are two hotspot questions in current economics and management areas, and they are also strategic problems which all corporations in our country face and must be solved. As is known to us all, financial management is the core of the corporation's management, then we can say that financial competition is one of the important portions of corporations'core competition, and the advancement of core competition cannot deviate from the elevation and improvement of financial competition. The management practice of corporations needs much necessary research on financial competition and the research has an important theoretic and practical significance.This paper researches on the corporations'financial competition combined with the Merger & Acquisition behaviors. First of all, it analyses the meaning of the financial competition, which is based on the financial resource and financial capability.
