The title of this thesis is "Research on human capital investment and risk precaution in the state-owned enterprises". This thesis seeks for the reforming and developing direction to the state-owned enterprises based on the human capital investment.This thesis explains the risk on the investment of human capital in state-owned enterprises; it states the methods and measures of the precaution of the investment of the human capital from the theory of the modern management. And it states the system of value in the investment of human resources in state-owned enterprises, summarizes the types of the risk investment of human capital and the composition of the system of value in state-owned enterprises.The most important in the thesis is the measures of the precaution of the investment in human capital in state-owned enterprises, and it is a conclusion of this thesis.
