Study On Trust Management Mechanism Of Small And Medium Enterprises

The modern market economy is not only the merchandise and legal economy, but also the trust economy. However, with the fast development of the market economy, the trust absence of small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is more and more serious, which obstructed fast development of SMEs to some extent. Aiming at the lack of trust, the theoretical study in the western developed country is more mature, and a set of perfect enterprise management system has already been formed in the western developed country. However, because of the dissimilarity of the cultural background and social consciousness, it only have some reference meaning to the establishment of the enterprise trust mechanism in our country. Meanwhile,domestic scholars emphasized on research of some aspect of trust management mechanism,or lay more emphasis on the theories research that is difficult to practice,or pay more attention to the trust evaluation research under the current particular environment, but the scholar did not consider to promote SMEs to trust through a good management mechanisms. Therefore, the paper do more thorough study on the trust management mechanism of SMEs. The work and conclusions of the paper are as follows:First of all, the paper makes an analysis about the function of trust, the harm of lack of trust and the reason of lack of trust SMEs, on the basis the paper puts forward to the frame system of trust management mechanism of SMEs through using HeXie theory.Then, this paper states how to operate the mechanism ,and lay particular emphasis on the operation of trust information center, the trust problem of trust information center and sharing with trust information in the different district, and on the basis brings out the countermeasure.
