| The researching objective of the thesis is to summarize the successful experience of the development of software industry in India and bring forward the advice for accelerating the development of Chinese software industry through analyzing the status quo of the development of Indian software industry, the developing course, developing specialty and the developing advantage. My thesis tries to contribute intelligence on this issue from the following four aspects.The first part: the status quo of Indian software industryIndia had high-speed increase in economy with the speed of 6.5% per year in 1990s. The software industry has become the new rising point of the economy of India. At present, India has been recognized as the basis of IT industry in the world.India's economic growth is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the rapid development of foreign economic relations ,noticeably accelerating growth of economy, rapid development of high-tech economy. By far, the economic development of India has become one of the fastest in the world. And the continuously increase of exports and numerous software companies of India have become the main facts in economic growth. Owing to the rapid growth of the software industry, the income of software industry has become nearly 12% of national income growth, and the export of the software industry has become 8% of total exports.
