At present, due to the housing industry is developing rapidly, the quantity and scale of business services provided by Housing Fund Management Center have been increasing dramatically. Some problems with the management pattern, which is based on the original financial and service system, have been aroused. Moreover, the responsibilities and functions of the government have been changed since China taking part in WTO. Under such situation, the thorough reform of the management pattern of Housing Fund Management Center has been required, and welcomed by the public. The core of reform is to build up the concept of people-oriented, and the service pattern with the customer-focused. The centers nationwide, including Chengdu Housing Fund Management Center, set up the updated and efficient management pattern with the effective approach for information collection, filing, transferring, and decision-making.
