On the other hand, it will help us make right business policy in the long-run interest, and it will also help us supervise the funds use and the routine affairs of the corporate. So we can improve our investment quality and promote the healthy development of the enterprise.The corporate governance can be called the corporate governance system, the corporate governance structure, the corporate directing system, or legal person governance structure etc. It is how to govern the corporate entity. That is using power to director the company, supervise the corporate managers, undertake relevant responsibilities and control the corporate according to the legal rules of the country in which it is. The corporate governance discussed in this article is a kind of supervision and restriction system executed on the managers by the corporate owner, mainly the stockholder. It clarifies the right and duty of the stockholders and managers. Its aim is to maximize the interest of the stockholders and to prevent the manager deviating from the interest of the stockholders.
