The minitype cloth sale company M dissatisfy with its now situation. It wants to be a good Specialty Retailer of Private Label Apparel, however it has big disparity. The file wants to analysis the company by its finance, economic and market sales. Then find out problem of the company and help to solve it.First we learn the cloth market and divide the cloth market to several parts. For those different cloth markets segments the file uses Michael Porter's five Forces Analysis tool to analysis the competition of those market segments to select out Lady Commuter cloth as their market position.This is not enough to company M, so we also build a market niche strategy for it. Also we detail it to be executable to company M. We hope it can help company M to be a Speciality Retailer of Private Label Apparel successfully.
