From 2001, Chinese trust industry has found an access to becoming regulated and made certain the orientation of itself in the financial market. Trust products, being the core of the scope of the trust industry's business, have experienced rapidly development and many trust companies have issued a broad spectrum of new products. At the same time, trust product innovations are very active, acting as an engine for the development of the trust industry. However, because of the insufficiency of theoretical preparation and all sorts of restrictive factors, there are many problems in the uphill battle to promote trust product innovations, influencing the development of the whole industry. So, the research subject of this thesis is trust product innovations. And the research purpose is to analyze the theories and the current state of trust product innovations, conclude the motivation and existing problems in trust product innovations, indicate the feasibility of promoting such innovations and conceive several ideas of promoting trust product innovations which are suitable to the trust industry in China.Chapter One provides the theoretical framework of this thesis, putting an emphasis on the analysis of the principles and advantages of trust. Chapter One also defines trust product and trust product innovations in China, in the light of combining the related theories and the practical experiences of trust product innovations.Chapter Two analyzes the motivation of trust product innovations in the trust industry, combined with the theory of the motivation of financial innovation.
