A Study On China Farmlands Property Rights System Reform

Agricultural land property rights system is the foundation and core of the rural economic system and it can't be evaded to resolve the problem of three agricultural". Whether the ones that arranged in this system succeed or not, it not merely concerned the agricultural land could be used abundantly and rationally and concerned the overall development of the rural economy, but have a decisive role for the development and operation of the national economy as a whole. Since the 1990s, as development of the Socialism market economy in China, the household contract responsibility system has demonstrated its limitations, which hinders the development of agricultural production. Domestic economists have questioned to the original agricultural land property rights system and have more attention to the reform of agricultural land property rights system.Based on the theories of land economics and property rights economics, the papers analyzes farmlands innovative practice of agricultural land property rights and main views about reform of the agricultural land property rights system.
