Government Credit's Impacts On Commercial Credit, Bank Credit And Security Credit Of Corporation

The problem of social credit in China is increasingly serious, influencing the normal operation of the market economy in the greater degree and disturbed the morals foundation of the market economy and increased the operation cost of the market economy seriously. In order to solve the credit problem, people should think about the corpus of credit at first. At present, the main corpus of social credit in China include: government,corporate and individual, which informing three kinds of credit-corporate credit, government credit and personal credit. The main problems of corporate credit lie in that corporation escape from the bank's loan; corporation cheat investors in order to obtain security credit by deceitful information; there is serious commercial credit lack between corporation; serious credit lack is reflected by the relation of corporation and consumers. The main problems of government credit lie in two aspects: on the one hand, government offer the unfit credit guarantee to corporation, which can lead the government credit into crisis; on the other hand, the performance shortage of policy reflecting government credit could result in credit lack. The main problems of personal credit lie in that Personal behavior with inferior credit causes corporate credit crisis.
