The importance of technology innovation in strengthening an enterprise's core competence and competitive predominance, and the importance of the management in technology innovation have been received extensive acknowledgement. But how to manage technology innovation on high level, thereby increase the efficiency and the success ratio of technology innovation, is all along the central question of the research of technology innovation theory. This thesis discusses the management of technology innovation process on the standpoint of pharmaceutical enterprises. Firstly, the related concepts and some basic theoretical information which the management of technology innovation in pharmaceutical enterprises will come down to were set forth. Then the management of the two stages of technology innovation process in pharmaceutical enterprises, the R&D and the marketing of a new drug, were expounded clearly.
