Research On The Construction Of Ecotype Enterprises Relation In Dynamic Environment

As a nascent theory, commercial ecosystem places emphasis on viewing enterprises and environments as a whole systematically and developmentally. Through bionic research on natural ecosystem, this theory supplies a new mode of thinking for enterprises to cooperate.Based on commercial ecosystem theory, this dissertation defines enterprises aggregation in integrated value chain of commercial ecosystem as core commercial community. Eco-type enterprises relationship is namely the relationship among species enterprises in core commercial community. By expatiating the definition, characteristics and niche of eco-type enterprises relationship, the dissertation puts forward the model of constructing eco-type enterprises relationship in dynamic environment for species enterprises. In the first step, after identifying the promoting enterprises, stripping out the impulsion and analyzing the strategic game between species enterprises, the dissertation considers these factors ultimately lead to the formation of construction vision. Subsequently, the dissertation expounds the course of information gathering with scanning environment, and establishes quantitative model to choose partner enterprises. Finally, the dissertation describes subsystems of eco-type enterprises relationship as well as their constructions and discusses the mechanism of species enterprises' co-evolution.Through the above analysis, the dissertation basically establishes the step model of constructing ecotype enterprises relationship, extending commercial ecosystem from academic level to more realistic operation level, in order to offer certain reference value for enterprises to win the competitive advantages.
