However, in the realistic economic activities process, currency to the influence of the economy actually is which theories'result, return without consistent answer, also positive as it does, have never stop to the issue of the monetary policy usefulness. This text is not to argument or overthrow which kind of conclusion, because the existence of each theories is under the condition of certain assumption. The condition occurrence change , conclusion of to wrong is not the problem of the conclusion, but theories premise problem.
