The Core Of Risk-oriented Audit

This study focused on the identification and assessment under risk-oriented audit technology, with the exposure of a series of serious financial scandal. The auditor's sense of risk gets unprecedented enhancement, and the audit technology is constant innovating too, at the same time the application of the risk-oriented audit develops rapidly. Under the risk-oriented audit, the auditor identity the risk that the enterprises exist at first, and then assess the risk on this basis, according to the result of assessment determine the time , range of substantive test ,implement substantive test, in order to bring the auditing risk down to the acceptable level. This also improved the auditor's result and efficiency.In this article, the identity of risk mainly through flow diagram and the key elements of the flow diagram, use the flow diagram of enterprise and inside control flow diagram to discern enterprise business risk and control risk usually. After identity the risk that the enterprises faces, then evaluate the auditing risks of enterprises, at first, we research the method of risk assess, then, design a index system to assess the audit risk , the index system contain business risk index system and control risk index system ,while designing these indexes, should according the reason that bring risk or other relevance factor. When design the index system we should research their feasibility too. The design of the index system laid a foundation for auditing the assessment of the risk, we make use of these indexes to carry on the assessment, in the progress of assessing the enterprise's business risk, while make use of the index system we also combine others means such as analysis to assess the risk,when we assess the control risk if we plan to trust the inside control, we should combine the application of control risk index system with the test of inside control. After evaluating enterprise's business risk and control risk, we can confirm the checking risk, then make use of the test of trade substance and test of remaining to bring the audit risk down to the acceptable level.
