Study On The Optimization And Integration Of Multilateral And Outward-Oriented Regional Economic Cooperation

There are two main parallel economic developing tendencies, i. e., the economic globalization and the regional economic organization, seeking for the greater economic developing space by ways of economic cooperation and providing kinds of profitable economic and trade terms has become an important developing policy of countries and regions throughout the world. Regional economic cooperation produces the steady effect and the dynamic effect of cooperation. In order to obtain the effect of regional economic cooperation, some countries and regions participated in several organizations of regional economic cooperation, and then formed the pattern of multilateral and Outward-Oriented Regional Economic Cooperation. Regional economic cooperation comes out the cooperated benefit, but at the same time it also brings the cooperated cost, especially when a country or region joins in some organizations of regional economic cooperation at the same time and then forms multilateral and Outward-Oriented regional economic cooperation structure. The multilateral regional cooperation that is still-to-be integrated and optimized increases the cost of cooperation, and results in the cooperated benefit can not be optimized, doing so will bring the negative effect to the sustainable development of regional cooperation. At this time, the optimization and integration of multilateral and Outward-Oriented regional economic cooperation has been necessary.Based on the unique geographic location, Yunnan Province has joined in several organizations of regional economic cooperation. It makes Yunnan to be in a pattern of multilateral and Outward-Oriented regional economic cooperation. This is special and typical throughout the country.
