A Research On Government Function Transfer And Government Finance Report Reform

With the establishment and improvement of the social market economy system, there is a highlight on the government function transfer. A higher request has been put forward on the government accounting information, which calls for a government finance report reform to adapt to the currently new situation. There are series of problems in our government finance report system, which constitutes the major factors of preventing our government from function transfer. So it is very important to do research on the reform of government finance report system, both theoretically and practically.Starting with the basic notions of government, government body, government function and function transfer, with the help of scientific approaches of economics and relevant subjects, the author has studied the problems in our government finance report system as well as the causes of these problems.
