With the integrative trend of world economy, the enterprises run by private citizens have necessarily competed more frequently and fiercely in the world market. While the competition of talent plays an essential role in this activity, administration of human resources, especially achievement administration, has become a research topic of great importance in administration of private enterprises.In this thesis, the current situation and problems of achievement administration of private enterprises are analyzed at the beginning, and a suggestion is made that the strategy-oriented achievement administration should be a major solution to the problem of administration of private enterprises; then with an introduction of the related theories, the connotation of the strategy-oriented achievement administration is interpreted, the relationship between achievement administration of enterprises and strategy administration is discussed and the necessity of the establishment of the strategy-oriented achievement administration is illustrated. On this basis, using the newest theories, in China and abroad, of achievement administration, a pattern of the strategy-oriented achievement administration is built with the adoption of Balanced Scorecard as the motif combined integratively with PESTEL Process, Five-strength Model, Analytical Process of SWOT, QQTC Model and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Its four modules include that of strategic target, of achievement index, of organizational duty and of achievement administrating process. Finally, drawing the author's personal experience with a private enterprise as an example, the detailed application of the pattern, including all the necessary steps taken, is presented with all the approaches and processes mentioned above employed.The exemplification sufficiently proves that the strategy-oriented achievement administration pattern helps to make strategic targets applicable to individuals, achievement administration system give expression to essential factors in strategic successes, achievement administration combine intrinsically with strategy, and provides the enterprises with ideas and directions in applying achievement administration effectively. |
