The Study On Enterprises Knowledge Management System | Posted on:2007-05-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Q S Sun | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2189360185470119 | Subject:Agricultural Economics and Management | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Accompany with the development of economic globalization and knowledge economics,the enterprises are up against the more intensive markecompetions.Associated with the situations,Enterprises need new management methods to adapt the times development, Knowledge management is also developing gradually in thicircumstance.As a new deal management method for knowledge management,it's transfom to a hot study spot in nearly years.There are many problems in the appling course,people are taking efforts to find the suitable methods to solve these problems .Constructing a knowlege management system is one of the method to solve the problems while enterprises implementing the knowledge management.Now,alough many enterprises have conscious of informative building is important and also will to invest for it correspondingly ,to the enterprises,if the intenal employee's abilities haven't reach to the needs,it is no meaning for only increase investment rely on hardwares .Only to combine with the actual enterprises conditions and use the existing management accomplishment fully,at the same time,choose and create the KM Mode and KMS that suit for the needs of the social economics development and the needs of enterprises,it can be improve the enterprise competition abilities fundamentally.This article start from the angle that enterprises design and implement the KMS,It analyse the baisc conditions and the basic functions and implementing procedures and other problems detailed which enterprises need when constructing the KMS.The main content consitute by six chapters:(1)Introduction.The essay introduce the study bacground and aim mainly;Compare the current situations of KM and KMs between china and other foreign countries;Last,It introduce the study method and technology route.(2)The study on KM.The chapter is a paver for study other contents,IT mainintroduce two stypes knowledge,one is explicit knowledge,the other is tacit knowledge;Different experts have different recognitions for what the knowlege management;The main body of the KM activities and the framework contents of the KM;It also introduce two main problems last that exist in the procedure that enterprises implement knowledge management :One is that employees don't want to share their knowledges,and the other is that basic facilities are vulnerable,and then,we discriminate the different between information managemen and knowledge management,information management system and knowledge management system,On the basis,we make the concept of knowledge management system.(3)Analyse the system. Analyse the basic needs of the system,the feasibility to develop a system and the basic functions that the system must need.(4)Design EKMS.We need withhold nine principles when build a new system,on the basis,we design overall structures and detailed system functions .(5)Implement and evaluate the EKMS.For the chapter,introduce two contents mainly.Implement the system contain two works,the prepare woks to implement the system and implement procedures,the former contain three contents that are mould enterprise culture of common-shared knowledge,rebuild work flows and build stimulated mechanism,the latter contain five procedures;in order to analyse a variety of system's appraised indexes,evaluate the system should based on the principles that design the appraised index system,and apply the AHP and Fuzzy Evaluation method to evaluate the system.(6)Analyse cases.
