After many years of market experience, major domestic telecommunications carriers have obviously improved their operational ability and international status.Nowadays, because the Market competition is becoming more and more ferocious, so the carrier's profits and ARPU are facing tremendous challenges. Customer's demand become diversified, differentiation and requirements of service quality become more rational' and strictly. With the coming of 3G, all carriers have been realized that customer is their main asset.
