Evalution System About Performance Of Local Network

In the recent 20 years, the telecommunication industry developed rapidly in china. Carriers as the most important participants are confronted with many challenges. These traditional telecommunication enterprises have to change from extensive develop mode to intensive mode. Local Network is the basic unit of fixed network carrier, taking charge of network management, customer service and the market strategy, etc. Local Network is not only a branch of carrier, but also an independent entity. So, the operating efficiency of Local Network is very important for carriers to improve their core strengthens.However, according to the Key Performance Indicators(KPI) is not able to provide more details about Local Network's state.
