The present Information Technology Revolution provided post-modern countries a great opportunity to expand. Under the positive promotion of the government, Korea has developed its information industry successfully, optimized its industrial structure smoothly, and increased its national economy rapidly. Just as Korea, our country is also one of East Asia countries. But our country's information industry is still in the early phase. Lacking of capitals, technology innovations and talents has become a "bottleneck" restricted the development of information industry in our country. Now, using the experiences of Korea to develop our country's information industry rapidly is a key assignment placed in front of Chinese government.Then, what kind of role has the Korean government played on promoting the development of its information industry?
