In this background, the industry of electric measurement instruments grows quickly, and the competition in the industry becomes more and more fierce. So there is a question that how the environment of the industry in China is and where to go.The article describes the general situation of the industry in China and abroad, and it finds that the competition is very fierce. After that, it shows that the industry is in a process of growing, according to the theory of industry life cycle. It analyzes the environment of politics, economic, society and technology, and shows that the laws of the industry become more and more standard, the demands become much more and the request of the technology become more and more higher. It also analyzes the competition of the companies of the industry with Port's five forces model, shows that the threats of the new entrants, buyers and rivals are big; and of the suppliers and substitutes are small. For instrument promotion in China market, it discusses the condition of Aeroflex Asia Pacific LTD and shows its situation in market, points out that the analysis gives great inspiration to the industry. Finally, it gives a strategic intention and makes a forecast of the industry in China.
