| There are many large corporations in the world which are based on parent-subsidiary system and have three types like divisional structure, district structure and functional structure. With the rapid economic development and increase of companies' combination and reengineering, there are a lot of companies which is mixed structure in China. At the same time, conflicts between district subsidiaries and professional companies which are closely related with business dealing in corporations are getting obvious. But many theories about administration concentrate on corporation government as well as few studies of management are concerned with harmonization of relationship between district subsidiaries and professional companies.In accordance with the theories of organization and exchanging costs this dissertation has shown what measures corporations should take and how the mode of harmonization is adjusted to life cycle of companies. What' more, it has told the application with harmonization between district subsidiaries and professional companies according to the service agreements and market mechanism.This dissertation has built a systemic framework which is based on four aspects of harmonization such as the range, objective, principles and measures as well as made a complete analysis of how to harmonize the market, finance, human resources, investment between district subsidiaries and professional companies in the corporations. Meanwhile, it has analyzed the actualities of the Satellite Telecommunication Corporation and done projects on how to harmonize the relationship between province subsidiaries and professional companies. |
