As the internal hotel industry develop rapidly, the competition of the industry are getting fiercely, sales and marketing are playing more important roles in hotel operation then ever before.Based on reading plenty of documents and making investigation on spot, the author analyzes the current condition of Chinese hotels industry as well as the feature of hotel's products according to the relevant marketing theory, the demand of hotel's guests and the new trend. The paper study and set forth the marketing system and marketing strategy occurred recently in an entire new aspect, meanwhile, the paper also lay particular emphasis on exploring the distinguishing item, style of the Internet marketing of both internal and abroad hotels; the key point and trend of green marketing of hotel; the VIP members of privilege club marketing system for the FIT guest, and the TIMESHARE marketing system. Moreover, the paper specially analyzes several kinds of promotion strategies of hotel, including operation extending strategy, hotel inner promotion strategy, and hotel public relation promotion strategy. In the classical marketing cases, integrating theory with practice, the author express in more details the marketing system and marketing strategy of international hotel group.Through the author's study of Chinese hotel marketing, the paper give lessons for designing marketing system of Chinese hotel and working out the marketing strategy, so as to improve the marketing level of our hotel...
