Employment Researches On The Core Competence Of Enterprises

Since 1990s, the research about the core competence has become a hot of the corporate strategy theory, and also been deemed an origin of corporate continual competence advantage. With the economic development of our country and aggravation of the economic globalization, enterprises in our country, the competitive environment the face is more and more complicated, the competitors are stronger and stronger. So how to increase and improve the core competence of enterprises rapidly, is an important subject the enterprises and their administrators face at present.This thesis has reviewed the research dynamic status of competitiveness both and home and abroad at first, expatiate the intensive meaning and the base theory of the competitiveness at the same time, then it analyses that the current situation and the problem it faces. At last, in order to resolve the questions that enterprises face, the thesis have put forward some practical suggssions about how to increas and promote the core competence of the enterprises.
