The research of organizational learning began from last sixties, which has already gone through almost half a century until now. During this period, it has experience two main research stages, i.e. from"progress function" to " facilitating organizational processes of adaptation and growth ,and development and sustenance of competitiveness ". Up to now, the research of scholars is mainly concentrating on the description and analysis of basic issues from multiple angles, such as concept and mechanism of organizational learning; the summarization and generalization of general method and tool for organizational learning through combining case analysis. Among which the contribution of western scholars dominates the main research accomplishments. Despite of a few explorations and research by the scholars at home, this article considered that those researches have not combined the reality of Chinese corporation in the course of growth and development on the content of study in this paper. For this reason, this paper attempts to research in organizational learning in the condition of the facts of Chinese corporation.First of all, the theory concerning organizational learning has been reviewed, which consists of "the concept of organizational learning", " individual study, group study and organization study"and"organizational learning process model ". In addition, the questions at issue especially have been commented. Above all, the following several points on the understanding of the concept of organizational learning have been proposed as: 1.an organizational learning can be a process whose evolving patterns can be divided into a jumping type, gradual progress type and involuting type. 2.
