| At present, the real estate is at the high speed growing moment in China, and it will still be the support industry of our national economy in a long time of the future. Actually, the real estate's opening up process is an invest process in which the fund are efficient investment and increment. But in the process of opening up, there are many projects which never do the market research and feasibility analyse. The result is that the great lot buildings are unused and the fund is overstocked. Because the opening up of the real estate has its own character, process, period and the finance system, the ordinary investment are not completely suitable for the real estate project. This is also the reason that real estate project feasibility analyse hasn't developed very well. Then, how to conduct the real estate industry developing well and to reduce the blindness in the opening up process of the real estate becomes the pop question in theory and in practice.The author of this paper uses the Hehuachi commerce and housing project as example to do the feasibility analyse. The author takes part in the project's feasibility analyse because of work, and spends a lot of time in research and gets a great deal information. Meanwhile, the author participates in the programming design, blue print choosing, project elementary estimate, and finish the feasibility analyse finally. By analyzing the project in practice, the author tries to discuss how to use the feasibility analyse which is a systemic compositive management, what the content the project wants to finish, what the way and the procedure, and what the goal it wants to achieve.
