Knowledgeable subordinates are the main body of corporation innovation. How to inspire knowledgeable subordinates'creativity and improve corporations'benefit are the prevalent problems managers cared. We based our research on the Chinese corporations environment and the studies about perceived leader support, proposed the questionnaire of perceived leader support, using the methods of investigation, interview, questionnaire survey. Introducing the exploratory factory analysis, confirmtory factory analysis and regression analysis, we gained the structure of perceived leader support and its influence on the knowledgeable subordinates'creativity. Results reveal that:Firstly, in our corporation, the structure of knowledgeable subordinates'perceived leader support is composed of four dimensions: working support, caring about life, identifying value and emotion support.Secondly, multiple differences in sex, age, academic rank, working time and the charcter of corporation have been founded on knowledgeable subordinates'perceived leader support.Thirdly, perceived leader support has significant influence on knowledgeable subordinates'creativity.In our research, several new ideas embodied :a) discussing the leaders support from the view of knowledgeable subordinates; b) proposing the questionnaire of perceived leader support .using the statistic means of exploratory factory analysis, confirmatory factory analysis tested the structure of the questionnaire of perceived leader support. c) exploring the perceived leader support'influence on knowledgeable subordinates'creativity.
