Study On Effect And Problem Of Implementing "Returning Grazing-Growing" Project In Inner Mongolia

The protection and construction of prairie faces serious problem in our country in the long time because of the following factors, such as nature and human etc."Returning Grazing-Growing project"is one of the important strategic measurements on ecology construction after"revering farmland to forest"project, which is very important for the protection and improvement of prairie ecology environment and make the sustained development for prairie husbandry.Review on the policy background of"Returning Grazing-Growing project"In this thesis, and then describe the deterioration circumstance and reasons of prairie with the researched fruits from foreign and our country and summary the project implementation circumstance; Secondly, analyze the project effect through compare the ecology condition effect before and after the project implementation; Analyze the problem existing in the project implementation with the theories of grass-animal balance and game and willing demand .The"Returning Grazing-Growing project"made certain fruits and experiment on the whole since the project implementation in Inner Mongolia Region; but there also exist some problems; then put forward the following measurements in order to help the project implement successfully. Increase the degree of financial subsidy and loan, strengthen the monitor degree, and innovate the prairie prosperity right etc.
