A Theoretical And Empirical Analysis On The Relationship Between Employment And Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province

The population of Shaanxi Province is not overfull in our country, but the problem of employment receives more attention. Meanwhile there is a double-structure economic in Shaanxi Province, so it is important to transfer the surplus labor of the primary industry to the secondary industry and the tertiary industry, so that it can give impetus to the economic growth and make industrial structure be promoted to a higher grade in Shaanxi Province.In this paper, it is on the basis of predecessors' research, and examines the present condition of our country as well as the existing statistics in Shaanxi Province. Then utilizing the research method of theoretical and empirical analysis, makes a study in accordance with the relationship between the employment structure and the economic growth, moreover gets a countermeasures to increase the level of employment and economic growth, including how to transfer the surplus labor of the primary industry.
